March 3 to March 9

March 3, 2021

-        Two vehicles were cited for racing on Main Street near Willis Well Drilling  

-        A report was made of a reporting party continuing to receive checks in the mail with instructions to ship her vehicle for sale.  Reporting party felt it may be a scam. 

-        A report of someone falsely filing for unemployment using reporting party’s personal information.

-        Report of someone riding their ATV into a fence at Country Club Fuels and not reporting accident.

-        Report of vehicle on 1st North consistently being hit with eggs, hot dog slices and cheese for the past few months.    

March 4, 2021

-        Report of disruptive individual at Best Western Hotel.  One guest made claim that another guest entered room and stole stuff.  Guest now yelling at front desk clerk.  Hotel asked that guest be trespassed from premises.

-        Report of disruptive drunk individual at a residence on S Farr Lane.  Michael Overly, 57, of Snowflake arrested for Assault and Disorderly Conduct, both with Domestic Violence allegations

-        Report on Rencher Ave. of loud and disruptive noise made by neighbor.

-        Driver pulled over cell phone use while driving. Officer identified driver, Derek Schinke, 27, of Show Low who had valid justice court and superior court warrants.  Suspect arrested.  Suspect’s father, Wayne Schinke, of Snowflake arrested when he attempted to stop the officer from arresting his son.  Father was arrested and cited for obstructing government official.

-        Report on Frontier Parkway of individuals climbing on statues.  Suspects fled scene by the time law enforcement arrived.

March 5, 2021

-        Report from West Gardens of children riding quads erratically and without helmets.  Reporting party stated that they have tried to speak to parents but they don’t care or take action.   

-        Report of reckless driver on Papermill Road flipping off reporting party.  Passenger of reckless driver flipping off and mooning the reporting party.      

March 6, 2021

-        Driver cited for colliding with fire hydrant on N Main St in Snowflake.  Driver, Justin Carter, 33, of Snowflake was cited for driving on a suspended license.      

-        14-year-old cited for driving without a license near Main and 4th South.  Vehicle was impounded.

March 7, 2021

-        Unique Abril of Snowflake accidently dialed 911.  Officer, prior to responding, ran warrant check on Abril.  Valid warrant was discovered.  Abril was then arrested.  Boyfriend paid bond to have her released.

-        Report of female attempting to fight another female at Circle K in Snowflake with kids present.  Parties left before law enforcement arrival.   

March 8, 2021

-        Report at Northern Arizona Academy on Centennial of two kids vaping.  One student, aged 19, cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor for providing vape to underage student.    

-        Michael Scorse, 34, of Snowflake was arrested for valid warrants out of Holbrook Justice Court and Snowflake Justice Court
