April 28, 2021
- Report of a girlfriend using reporting party’s debit card without permission. Reporting party indicated that Karen Ana Navarro, 30, of Taylor took $340.00 out of this bank account without permission. This happened after the two were in an altercation. Navarro was arrested for domestic violence and fraudulent use of a credit card.
- Report from Taylor Rodeo grounds of a vehicle doing brodies around the reporting party as she tried to leave. Reporting party worried that they will do it to someone else.
- Report of collision that occurred at the Walmart stoplight. An unidentified blue Dodge Dakota struck a White Mountain Insulation truck as it was stopped for the red light. The Dodge Dakota then fled the scene.
April 30, 2021
- Report of several kids on the goalpost of the football field. A verbal warning was given to the kids.
May 1, 2021
- Report of an individual who poured gasoline on someone and then lit it. Edwin James Dean, 26, of Taylor was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon when he poured gasoline onto another individual and then lit the gasoline on W Papermill Road.
May 2, 2021
- Report of 13-year-old male not listening to his mother. The juvenile kicked his mother in the stomach while arguing with her about being told what to do. A juvenile referral was made.
- Officer conducted a traffic stop. Officer noticed slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes on the driver. The driver, Matilda Yazzie, 58, of Snowflake was cited for DUI and released.
May 5, 2021
- Delayed report from Circle K in Snowflake of shoplifting of lottery tickets from April 13.
- Anonymous call for two individuals drinking and possibly doing drugs at Pioneer Park. The individuals then drove and were stopped on North Main Street. The driver, Rodrick Nez, 21, of Snowflake, was arrested for aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended license, and open container. The passenger, Dusty Pete, 36, of Snowflake was cited for open container. The vehicle was impounded.
- Report of a vehicle parked in the middle of the road near Palomino and Ranch Rd and taking videos of oncoming traffic. The vehicle was gone on arrival by law enforcement.
May 6, 2021
- Report from Circle K in Snowflake of juvenile male exposing his genitalia to the clerk.
- Report of tractor windows and work truck windows being damaged on farm land.
May 7, 2021
- Reporting party called law enforcement and indicated that she was making up a sandwich when she thought she saw shadows.
- Report that upon waking up in the morning, a random tractor was parked in their drive way and reporting party does not know who it belongs to and reporting party did not give permission to anyone to park it there.
- Delayed report from Sharpshooters in Taylor that their doors were shattered sometime during the night.
- Report from Northern Arizona Academy staff that a student drives to school without a license. The student was told that he could not do that. It was later discovered that the student then started to park at a local church and then walk to school.
- Report that someone put locks on reporting party’s storage unit and that she cannot get a hold of the storage office.
- Delayed report of harassment. An individual parked outside reporting party’s driveway blocking them in. Previously, suspect parks on reporting party’s cul-de-sac to watch their house.
- Report from Taylor Little League field of someone trying to break into concession stand.
- Call about 3 kids dressed in black with skate boards at the high school causing mischief. No mischief was identified.
May 8, 2021
- Call of 6 tall skinny juveniles throwing things at vehicles near stoplight in Snowflake. Officers began looking around in the area but could not find anyone.
May 10, 2021
- Officer conducted traffic stop of vehicle that pulled into the driveway of a fellow police officer. The driver was identified as Dustin Padilla, 32, of Taylor. A DUI investigation ensued. Padilla submitted to a blood draw and he was cited and released.
May 11, 2021
- Call from a mother asking that an officer come and talk to her sons. The sons were trying to remove street signs.
