March 10, 2021
- Report of rear-end collision at Paper Mill Rd and Main St. Sandra Dobell, 78, of Joseph City, cited for failure to control vehicle.
- Report of rollover accident on Main St and Silver Creek in front of Walmart. Two vehicles were involved. After investigating, the underage driver of a Silver Volkswagen Jetta was cited for improper left turn.
- Report of drag racing on Rodeo Rd in Snowflake. Reporting party stated vehicles have gone past her home 4 times. Law enforcement unable to locate suspects.
March 11, 2021
- Response to Pinedale Rd of individual sitting in the middle of the road and refusing to move. Phillip Essary, 51 of Washington, was found and appeared intoxicated and in possession of illegal drugs. Suspect transported to Hospital.
- Law enforcement responded to an allegation of assault that took place at Snowflake Junior High between two students. After investigation, the allegation was unfounded.
March 12, 2021
- Delayed report of shoplifting at Circle K in Snowflake. 17-year-old male was located and arrested and then released to his uncle. Juvenile referral was submitted.
- Report of a driver who ran into book return container at town library.
- Report on Bryant Ave of someone running into and damaging fence. No potential leads at this time.
- Report of several children walking in the middle of road on Papermill Rd and pretending to jump in front of oncoming vehicles.
March 13, 2021
- Report of individual hitting stop sign and tree stump with object in his hand at the corner of 4th West and 8th South in Snowflake.
- Report of male subject trying to fight people on Centennial Blvd.
March 14, 2021
- Report of damage to Semi-truck on Snowflake Blvd. Reporting party requested patrol in area at night.
- Report of man laying on ground in parking lot in front of Little Caesar’s Pizza in Taylor. Individual refused to talk to law enforcement but was transported to Hospital by ambulance.
March 16, 2021
- Report of potential impairment of driver. Miles Brewer was arrested for DUI after an investigation. Blood was drawn to determine impairment level.
- Report of ex-wife attempting visit their children not in accordance with visitation order. Candice Reidhead refused to leave the residence. Suspect was cited for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
March 17, 2021
- Report of white SUV blocking traffic and fight in progress on 1st E near Pioneer Park. Parties gone on arrival by law enforcement
- Local business called and stated that they are receiving inappropriate prank calls.

- Report of juveniles walking down middle of the road near Freeman Park and flipping off oncoming vehicles
March 19, 2021
- Motorcycle accident reported on Main St in Taylor near Haralson Tire. Ambulance responded. The rider believed he hit a patch of dirt on the road and panicked which caused him to lay the bike over. Reporting party believed rider broke his collarbone. Diego Garcia, 21, of Snowflake, did not have the valid endorsement for motorcycle riding and was cited for no valid endorsement and transported to hospital.
- Report from Main St and Snowflake Blvd. Yellow Peterbilt was merging onto Main from SR277 at the same time white Dodge Avenger turned left onto Main from Concho Highway. The driver of the Avenger, Bettyraie Gasaway, 20, of Snowflake, was cited for failure to yield the right of way on a left-hand turn.
March 21, 2021
- Report from staff at Best Western. Staff trespassed suspects for loud noise and failing to respond to warnings. Police was called to escort parties off of property.
- Report of vehicle crashing into a yard and being high centered at a residence on 300 South in Taylor. The driver left the scene and was walking away. Law enforcement found the driver, Brett Magill, 32, of Taylor. Magill admitted to drinking alcohol. DUI investigation ensued with an eventual blood draw of suspect. Magill was arrested and released from the PD.
