- Response to Center and 1st East for a male lying in the roadway. Officer made contact with Loren Watson, 48, of Snowflake who was asleep under a bush. Watson had a valid warrant out for his arrest and he was transported and booked into Navajo County Jail.
- Report from Sudz Bucket Laundry Mat of suspicious individual sitting in his vehicle watching the laundry mat. The reporting party is scared to leave. The man left and came back in a different vehicle.
- Report from home on 7th South. The reporting party continues to hear strange noises behind her house. The reporting party and spouse are in the house and do not know what is creating the noises.
May 13, 2021
- Report from Walmart of a person hit while on her motorized cart by a van with Christmas lights on it.
- Report from Highland Square of vehicle collision in the parking lot. Reporting party stated that the individuals involved in collision were arguing. Parties exchanged information.
- Report from 900 East block of Taylor of older male arguing with 3 juveniles. The man was accusing the kids of damaging his property with a tractor they were driving. The kids disagreed and stated they did not cause any damage. Man accused the kids of being run-a-ways.
May 14, 2021
- Referral made to Apache County Sheriff’s Office of Apache County resident sending explicit texts to 15-year-old female.
- 15-year-old juvenile stopped while driving a ford ranger for expired registration. The juvenile was cited for expired registration, no valid license, no insurance, and minor possessing marijuana.
May 15, 2021
- Disturbance report received of 200+ biker gang blocking traffic and being rude for the last half hour.
- Response to vehicle collision with an elk on State Route 77 near Shumway. The 17-year-old juvenile driver was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
May 16, 2021
- Report from 1st North in Snowflake of a car break in during the night.
- Report of a 16-year-old juvenile who went to pick up his girlfriend at the junior high school without permission to use the vehicle. The juvenile then attempted to evade law enforcement. Juvenile was eventually arrested and transported to juvenile detention.
- Delayed report from Circle K in Taylor of shoplifting which was observed while watching surveillance from the previous day.
May 17, 2021
- Report of threatening actions. The reporting party walked into police department to report someone cyberstalking him and that he doesn’t feel safe.
